Betty White saves the day!
But how?
Well, do you remember when SNL was actually funny?
It used to be ‘THE’ show to watch on a Saturday night. Then, somehow through the years, it just got downright stupid.
While there have been some recent hosts with more promise – Peyton Manning and Justin Timberlake, for example – Betty White’s performance honestly takes the cake.
Can we say hilarious?
How embarrassing to be upstaged by an 88 year-old woman! She’s fresh, current and knows how to handle live TV. Betty White made it look easy.
I’ve always been a fan. Who doesn’t love The Golden Girls?
While the hubby hates on Lifetime, you best believe he’ll tune in to marathons with Rose Nylund.
St. Olaf anyone?
White’s also a complete riot in the various cameos she’s made on other sitcoms and movies – and as an animal lover, I appreciate and admire her passion and advocacy for our furry friends.
If you somehow managed to miss SNL this past weekend, I highly recommend figuring out a way to watch it (via Hulu or however else).
“My muffin hasn’t had a cherry since 1939” – that’s one of the many gems you missed if you didn’t tune in.

Note: The best skit was Betty on Delicious Dish talking about her “Dusty Muffin”. That is currently not available on YouTube.

It should have happened a while ago, but I think Rondo is finally getting the respect that he deserves… it was that triple-double on the highest stage.

I hear you… Deron does get all the hype… and the kid can ball, but Rondo is right there. Actually, not sure if you listen to the Dan Patrick Show, but they have been all over that topic recently… guessing after this weekend (and Rondo’s stat line), they would touch upon it again.
Did you see Betty White on SNL?

Betty White and Tina Fey are by far the two funniest women in television today !
If the Jazz’s Deron Williams is arguably the best PG in the NBA at present . Then what has everyone else been watching when it comes to the Celtics’ Rajon Rondo ?
