Jimmie Johnson maintains a moderate NASCAR Power Rankings lead (nearly eleven ratings points) over Brad Keselowski after Kansas.  Denny Hamlin and Clint Bowyer remain in third and fourth, respectively.

Kasey Kahne rounds out the top five and is this week’s biggest mover.  Martin Truex Jr. Matt Kenseth and Paul Menard all also had strong weeks and gained ground on the field.

Kyle Busch falls four spots to ninth and is this week’s biggest loser.  Greg Biffle also lost four spots in the latest rankings after a difficult week.  Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Joey Logano also land on the list of biggest losers for the week.  Each only dropped a spot in the rankings, but lost significant ground.

The Wife Hates Sports has vowed to get more involved with NASCAR, and that’s why I am proud to introduce Bill Schneider, who will present his NASCAR power ratings on a weekly basis.  I know you will see his ratings system as unique and different than the rest.  He also infuses stats and involves recent results during the NASCAR season. – Kevin Paul
