Jimmie Johnson continues to hold the NASCAR Power Rankings lead, with Brad Keselowski and Loudon race winner Denny Hamlin in contention. Still, Johnson maintains a strong lead of more than sixteen total ratings points. The trio are the only drivers with more than 100 ratings points.
Clint Bowyer climbs to fourth and is this week’s biggest mover, while Kasey Kahne rounds out the top five. Other big movers this week include the aforementioned Kahne, Denny Hamlin and Regan Smith.
Meanwhile, Kyle Busch falls four spots to tenth and is this week’s biggest loser. Greg Biffle and Matt Kenseth also had tough weeks and lost ground in the rankings, as did Dale Earnhardt Jr.
