Jimmie Johnson regains the NASCAR Power Rankings lead following his fourth consecutive top five finish. Matt Kenseth slips to second, followed by Greg Biffle in third, Dale Earnhardt Jr. in fourth and Sonoma winner Clint Bower in fifth place.
Kurt Busch (up five spots) is this weeks’ biggest mover following his third place finish. Tony Stewart (up four) also had a strong week.
Meanwhile, Denny Hamlin is this week’s biggest loser after finishing outside the top thirty for the second consecutive week. Aric Almirola, Kevin Harvick and Paul Menard also had difficult weeks.
