Kyle Busch maintains a small NASCAR Power Rankings lead over Carl Edwards after the race at Loudon.  Jeff Gordon follows them in third place and is the week’s biggest mover. Rounding out the top five are Jimmie Johnson and Kurt Busch.

Despite winning for the second consecutive week, Tony Stewart remains in ninth position, just a few tenths of a point behind Brad Keselowski, who is in 8th.

Jimmie Johnson is the biggest loser of the week.  Kurt Busch, Martin Truex Jr. and Paul Menard also all had difficult weeks in Loudon.

* Our apologies for the slight delay in delivering our NASCAR rankings this week…

The Wife Hates Sports has vowed to get more involved with NASCAR, and that’s why I am proud to introduce Bill Schneider, who will present his NASCAR power ratings on a weekly basis.  I know you will see his ratings system as unique and different than the rest.  He also infuses stats and involves recent results during the NASCAR season. – Kevin Paul
