Ruthless attacks, jabs and punches, coupled with a squeaky voice and crazy phrases like “eating your children”.  Who would have thought that Mike Tyson and his career would move in the direction of multiple singing appearances?

Many recall Tyson singing in “The Hangover’ and “The Hangover Part II”, but few would have expected to see him performing in a different venue, especially on late night television.

That’s where Jimmy Kimmel comes in, with his quirky and twisted style, to reel in Tyson and have him sing and perform on his show, Jimmy Kimmel Live.

With the NBA Finals upon us and LeBron James arguably being the most criticized and “under the microscope” athlete in sports today, the king of the Finals-bound Miami Heat was the logical next target for Kimmel and Tyson.

The result is a bizarre, yet comedic appearance by Tyson, who recently sang a song titled “LeBron” on Kimmel’s show.

The performance is funny at times and painful in others, but it couldn’t be more clear that was the overall intent of the song.

But view the performance for yourself and see if you agree.

If LeBron James doesn’t consistently start to show up in the fourth quarter of playoff games, it won’t be a surprise to see Tyson and Kimmel to team up with “LeBron II”.

At least, one can hope for it, but cringe while doing so.

Overall Grade: 3 out of 5 Stars – Ridiculous at times, but does bring a few laughs, especially if you’re rooting against the Miami Heat
